Thank you for staying at International House. It’s our great honor to have you here. We share these frequently asked questions to help anticipate yours. International House was the first non-smoking hotel in New Orleans, and we still are. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel.
We’ve been honored to shoot with some of the great photographers in the world and Oscar-winning directors. Professional photography and filming are permitted with prior approval by the General Manager.

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and check out is 12:00 PM. Arriving early or want that extra hour of sleep? We’d love to accommodate you (based on availability) – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly store your luggage, until - sadly : ) , you’re ready to leave us. Late check out fees may apply. If you leave before your scheduled departure date, we charge one night’s stay plus tax.
